1. Overview

Axon ("we", "us", "our") operates axonfi.xyz and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet addresses: When you connect a wallet or deploy a vault, we store your public wallet address. We never have access to your private keys.

Transaction data: Payment intents, signatures, and transaction metadata processed through the relayer are stored for operational purposes (execution, status tracking, dispute resolution).

Contact information: If you submit a contact or support form, we collect the information you provide (email, Telegram handle, etc.).

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous, aggregated data - no personal identifiers, no cookies.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: (a) operate and improve the Service; (b) process and execute payment intents; (c) detect fraud, abuse, and security threats; (d) communicate with you about your account or support requests; (e) comply with legal obligations.

4. What We Don't Do

We do not: (a) sell your data to third parties; (b) use your data for advertising; (c) share transaction data with third parties except as required by law; (d) store your private keys or seed phrases - ever.

5. On-Chain Data

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Vault deployments, payments, and configuration changes are recorded on-chain and visible to anyone. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction data for as long as necessary to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of off-chain data (contact forms, support tickets) by emailing us.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The relayer infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with encrypted connections. Smart contracts are audited and fuzz-tested.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to processing; request data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
