1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axon ("axonfi.xyz"), including the dashboard, relayer API, smart contracts, and SDKs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta Status
Axon is currently in beta. The Service is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. All use is at your own risk. Smart contracts, APIs, and infrastructure may change without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime, availability, or backward compatibility during the beta period.
3. Description of Service
Axon provides non-custodial treasury and payment infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. The Service includes smart contracts deployed on EVM-compatible blockchains, a relayer for transaction execution, SDKs for integration, and a web dashboard for vault management. By using the Service (including deploying vaults, registering bots, submitting payment intents, or interacting with the smart contracts in any way), you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk.
4. Non-Custodial Nature
Axon is non-custodial. You retain full control of your vault and funds at all times. Axon does not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds. The relayer can only execute transactions that are cryptographically signed by authorized bot keys and validated against on-chain spending limits.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) securing your wallet private keys and bot keys; (b) configuring appropriate spending limits and policies for your agents; (c) monitoring your vault activity; (d) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Risks and Assumption of Risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts, while tested and fuzz-audited, may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SERVICE. Axon is not responsible for any losses resulting from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, relayer downtime, user error, compromised keys, third-party exploits, or market conditions. You agree that you will not hold Axon, its contributors, or affiliates liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for: (a) money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) sanctions evasion; (c) fraud or market manipulation; (d) any activity that violates applicable law; (e) attempting to exploit or attack the smart contracts or relayer infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
The Axon smart contracts are open source under their respective licenses. The Axon brand, website design, dashboard, and relayer software are proprietary. SDKs are published under open-source licenses as specified in their repositories.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AXON DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
